About us

As they say, ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’, but the good news is, we do.  Armed with expertise and high on experience, we protect your interests and defend you against the inevitable diversions that suck on your time and resources like a parasite.  This is why when your project can’t afford to hit a pothole and bust a flat, and it absolutely must be on time and on budget, it’s time to work with us.

Founded in Denver, Colorado, in 2009, 4Site ventured out into the world on our own after 15 years performing entitlement, program & construction management services for Fortune 500 companies. With over 22 years (wow, has it been that long?) of specialized development and systems integration work, we deliver seamless project management with a side of excellent communication, total transparency, and an ownership mentality. Our clients include restaurants, retailers, international non-profits, and commercial developers.

Our Team

John Craig

AIA, LEED AP BD+C  |  John has been in the real estate development industry for 20 years. John started 4Site in May of 2009 after getting laid off due to economic conditions in the real estate development world. Jumping into another job as a VP or Director would have been the most logical route given his previous path. However, his former employer’s largest client asked John to start a consulting firm so they could be his first client. So, with the whole-hearted blessing from his former company, John began to build a successful firm with a reputation for transparency and efficiency. Since then, we’ve become more diverse doing projects outside retail- including office, mixed use, and site infrastructure.

Since owning his own consulting firm, John has helped his clients to save millions with his own brand of expert methodology. John has a degree in architecture, is LEED certified and a member of the American Architecture Institute (AIA). Additionally, he holds a position as an elected councilman for the Highpoint Park Metropolitan District in Thornton, CO.

Drew Kraft

LEED, AP  |  Drew has 22 years of experience working in the construction, development, and owner’s representative industries. He brings a high level of focus to project planning, including financing support, community outreach, and overall approach strategy. Drew’s strengths include scope development, budget and schedule management, proforma creation, procurement, contract negotiation, and implementation of sustainable/environmental initiatives. Drew prides himself on his ability to identify stakeholder’s goals and objectives in order to meet and exceed every expectation!

Kristal Howe

Kristal grew up on a beautiful working farm in the southeast corner of Nebraska. Like all farm kids her daily tasks included walking the beans with her dad, chase the hogs and throwing hay. Later in her teen years she got her first taste of finish work while helping her mother who painted houses and did small carpentry projects. Her passion for sports led her to play college basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management.

After two years of working in the field for a geotechnical engineering firm as a special inspector Kristal was promoted to a Project Manager. In this new role she managed 15 technicians and 90 projects a year. After 12 years in that industry, Kristal decided it was time for a new challenge. In February 2018 Kristal joined 4 Site Advisors bringing with her a strong understanding of the geotechnical, civil and structural engineering fields.

When Kristal is not at work, she enjoys being outside and taking advantage of the beauty that Colorado has to offer. She makes sure to keep adventure in her daily life and to enjoy the little things. Whether that’s trying out every new coffee shop in the City or playing in one of her three adult sports leagues.

Suzie Street

Suzie Street began her career in affordable housing development in 1994 working for Habitat for Humanity, The Enterprise Foundation and The Uptown Partnership.  She continued her career in development finance coming over to the for profit world working for small businesses helping them to organize their finances.   After taking some time off to raise her two children, Suzie started her own consulting business, Steele Street Consulting, specializing in small business accounting.  Suzie enjoys working with John Craig at 4Site Advisors, keeping John and his finances organized and on track. Suzie is a graduate from The University of Tennessee with a BA in Urban Planning focused on  Business Finance.  Go Vols!
